(NYSE:CSV) ("Carriage Services" or the "Company") today announced that it closed the acquisition of Oakmont Memorial Park and Mortuary in Lafayette, California from StoneMor Partners. The business was founded in 1956 and serves the East Bay Area including Oakland and many communities in Contra Costa County.
